Sinbosen New Point Source Speakers V-7 and V-10

Sinbosen recently launched the V-7 and V-10 point source speakers, offering customers more choices while providing excellent sound performance and flexible application adaptability. Both speakers are passive three-way speakers with dipole low-frequency control and a compact 33 kg size, but they are precisely differentiated in terms of "angle" and "sound pressure." The V-7 targets long-distance main reinforcement with a narrow 75° angle and a peak SPL of 140 dB; while the V-10 provides a single-cabinet coverage solution for wide-area spaces with 110° horizontal diffusion and 139 dB output.
These two speakers are high-end products in the same series, sharing several core technologies:
Identical driver configuration: Both feature a three-way design with dual 10-inch woofers, an 8-inch horn-loaded midrange driver, and a 1.4-inch compression tweeter.
Identical core technology: Both utilize dipole arrays and innovative horn designs, achieving wideband directivity control below 350Hz and exceptional vocal performance.
Identical cabinet and mounting: The cabinet materials, protection rating (PCP coating), weight, handles, and hanging points are completely identical, offering the same installation flexibility.
Identical usage: Both require an external amplifier and can be used as standalone full-range systems or paired with other products to form an array.
The tweeter horns of both speakers can rotate 90°, and their coverage mode (wide/narrow angle) can be switched horizontally and vertically to accommodate different mounting methods (such as floor stacking or hanging).
The main differences between the two speakers lie in their coverage angle and maximum sound pressure level (SPL):
V-7: Precise Long-Range Projection
It boasts a narrower 75° horizontal coverage angle, resulting in more concentrated energy, making it suitable for applications requiring precise, long-distance sound projection onto the audience area.
Its maximum SPL of 140 dB is slightly higher than the V-10, maintaining high clarity and impact even at long distances.
Applications: Main sound reinforcement for medium to large venues, fixed installations with long-distance projection.
V-10: Wide Near-Field Coverage
It features a wide 110° horizontal coverage angle, providing uniform coverage over a wider horizontal area at close range.
Its maximum SPL is 139 dB, on par with the V-7, but with a wider energy distribution.
Applications: Near-field main sound reinforcement requiring wide coverage (e.g., clubs, theater proscenium arches), or as a distributed fill speaker.
